Fruit, soy and blender ice cream!

Ok if you really love ice cream like I-I would be in big trouble if I went full-force with my desires. So I have 1 small scoop of WHATEVER kind I want (one with natural ingredients) and get over my craving. But sometimes there are days when I don't just want a scoop I what the whole darn carton-so I invented my own lite of the kind I like hence chucky monkey was born. Any way another way to hve something sweet and icy is blending frozen fruit with juice or soy milk. You can get fancy and add mini dark chocolate chips, coconut, or cherrios&honey, dates etc... (remember your servings-these can add up as calories, so go for 2Tbsp of any fattening kind)

1/2c any frozen fruit you want--mango, pineapple, strawberries etc...
1/2frozen banana (serves as sugar)
1/4c of soy or juice of your choice--you can get the vanilla soy for a sweeter taste.
Let it rip in blender!
if ya want add a bit of lite whip cream, garnish with fruit
You can eat right then or put it in air tight container and put in freezer for later.

enjoy
